Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original TSAR BOMBA presentation box, including all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
